- Uploaded Documents: PDF, JPEG, or other file formats of your physical diplomas, certifications, or IDs uploaded to verify your profile.

- Create, maintain, and secure your professional credentialing profile.
- Facilitate the temporary access grants you explicitly authorize for employers or third parties.
- Track Continuing Education (CE) credits and compliance statuses.
- Process payments through our third-party payment processor.
- Send you administrative updates, security alerts, and support messages.
3. Our Strict Commitment to Data Sharing & Monetization
We do not sell, rent, lease, trade, or monetize your personal data or uploaded documents to any third parties.
We only share your information in the following limited, necessary operational circumstances:
- Explicit User Consent (Employer Access Grants): We will display your profile, credentials, and uploaded documents to employers or third parties only when you, the Licensed Credentialed Professional (LCP), explicitly grant them temporary access.
- Third-Party Service Providers: We share data with trusted third-party vendors who perform critical backend infrastructure services for us. These processors are contractually bound to protect your data and cannot use it for any other purpose:
- Database & Hosting: Supabase (used for secure data storage and user authentication).
- Payment Processing: Stripe (used to securely process billing and subscription payments).
- Legal Obligations: We may disclose your information if required to do so by law, court order, or government regulation, or to protect the safety, rights, or property of our users or the public.
4. Data Storage, Security, and Location
- Data Hosting: Your data and uploaded documents are securely hosted and processed using Supabase cloud infrastructure.
- Security Measures: We implement industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical security measures designed to protect your personal information. This includes encryption of data in transit and at rest, as well as strict access controls.
- No Absolute Guarantee: While we take commercially reasonable steps to secure your data, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
5. Your Data Rights
You retain ownership and control over your data. Depending on your location, you have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access and Export: You can view and download the data you have uploaded to your profile at any time.
- Correction: You can update or correct inaccurate profile information directly through your account dashboard.
- Deletion: You may request the deletion of your account and associated personal data. Please note that some data may be retained in secure, encrypted backups for a limited period or as required to comply with financial/legal obligations (such as past Stripe billing records).
6. Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you with the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your profile data within a reasonable timeframe, except where we are legally required to retain it (e.g., tax, accounting, or billing records).
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is restricted to licensed healthcare and credentialed professionals. We do not knowingly collect, solicit, or maintain personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal information, we will delete it immediately.

This Privacy Policy, its interpretation, and any disputes arising out of it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
