1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an EDNA account or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use EDNA.

2. Description of Service

EDNA is a healthcare credentialing and compliance platform that enables licensed and certified healthcare professionals (LCPs) to manage, verify, and share their professional credentials. EDNA also provides compliance monitoring tools for healthcare employers and continuing education tracking for CE providers.

EDNA offers both free and paid subscription tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed annually via Stripe. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. EDNA reserves the right to modify pricing with 30 days notice to existing subscribers.

6. Credential Accuracy

EDNA provides tools to help you track and display your credentials. You are solely responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter. EDNA is not a licensing authority and does not guarantee the accuracy or currency of any credential data.

7. Employer and CE Provider Terms

Healthcare employers and CE providers accessing EDNA agree to additional terms governing their use of provider data, which are incorporated by reference into these Terms.

8. Intellectual Property

EDNA and its content, features, and functionality are owned by Marodi Digital Automation LLC and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without written permission.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

EDNA is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

Marodi Digital Automation LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of EDNA. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for EDNA services in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

EDNA may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use EDNA ceases immediately.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kootenai County, Idaho.
