Welcome to EDNAknows.com. This User Agreement ("Agreement" or "Terms") is a legal contract between EDNAknows.com ("we," "our," or "us") and you, a licensed and/or certified medical or healthcare professional ("User," "you," or "Licensed Credentialed Professional / LCP").

By creating an account, uploading documents, or utilizing any portion of our platform, applications, and credential management services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The platform allows you to grant temporary, explicit access to specific third parties (such as employers, compliance officers, or healthcare facilities).

The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, EDNAknows.com disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

We do not guarantee that the platform will be entirely uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. We do not independently verify the medical accuracy or legal validity of the documents you upload; verification status, if provided, relies entirely on the primary sources or user inputs checked at that specific time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by New Mexico law, EDNAknows.com, its directors, or affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of employment opportunities, loss of wages, loss of data, or data breaches resulting from factors beyond our reasonable control. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have breached this Agreement, uploaded fraudulent credentials, or engaged in illegal conduct. You may terminate your account at any time by requesting deletion through your dashboard.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

This Agreement and any dispute arising from your use of the Service shall be governed by, interpreted, and enforced in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without giving effect to conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding related to this platform must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in New Mexico.

12. Changes to This Agreement

We may modify these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the "Last Updated" date above and provide a notification within the app or via email. Continued use of the platform after updates take effect constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
